1. This offer is a limited time offer from Mamie Yova India (Heritage Novandie Foods Private Limited) and is only available for the first 500 people who sign up for this in Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, and Ahmedabad
2. This sampling is only available for people above 18 years and residing in the above-mentioned cities. If the entry is from a location where our product is not currently delivered directly or through our channel partners, then Mamie Yova India (Heritage Novandie Foods Private Limited) is not obliged to make the delivery
3. There is no need of any purchase to be eligible
4. To claim your sample you will have to submit your name, email address and phone number. Any error in this submission due to which the delivery is not fulfilled will exempt Mamie Yova India (Heritage Novandie Foods Private Limited) from commitment to deliver
5. If the delivery is returned for any reason, the sample will be considered to have been forfeited
6. One person is eligible for one sample only. Multiple entry on same phone number and address will be rejected
7. The Organizers reserve the right to change/modify terms and conditions and/or criteria of the sampling, at any time at their own discretion and without any prior notice and without assigning any reason
8. Heritage Novandie Foods Private Limited reserves the right to remove any post, material or work without warning or further notice, in particular, any of the above that breaches these terms or is otherwise objectionable
9. Objectionable materials include any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, intimidating, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, adult, profane, libellous, invasive of another's privacy (including the posting of personal data of an individual or entity), hateful, or racially, ethically or otherwise objectionable, or infringes the rights of any third party
10. This activity is in no way sponsored, endorsed administered by, or associated with any third party platform
11. Any participation from an individual that is deemed to be fake shall be disqualified without further correspondence or clarification
12. Any details submitted by participants are being submitted willingly to Heritage Novandie Foods Private Limited and will be guided under the companies Privacy Policy
13. By entering this sampling, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions
14. Employees/relatives/associates of Heritage Novandie Foods Private Limited can take part in the sampling
15. The sampling is subject to availability and Heritage Novandie Foods Private Limited reserves the right to change this/replace it if needed
16. The samples will be dispatched with proper care by Heritage Novandie Foods Private Limited. Heritage Novandie Foods Private Limited will not be liable for any damage or compensation. The samplers cannot demand or claim replacement if they lose, misplace, lose access to the samples. Nor can Heritage Novandie Foods Private Limited be held liable for any claim if the product is not consumed as per dates specified
